John Rauschenberger’s consulting expertise is founded on over 30 years as a senior practitioner in the insurance industry as a senior executive and president of privately owned insurance agencies and brokerages. Throughout his career, Rauschenberger has provided a broad range of professional services focusing on a multitude of industry matters as well as recruiting and developing top producers and sales and operations managers. He has conducted and participated in numerous speaking engagements, panel discussions, seminars, and workshops for insurance companies, agencies, and brokers.

Rauschenberger served as senior vice president, chief operating officer, and president for three independent agencies/brokerages in Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Milwaukee. He gained extensive experience in all areas of the insurance distribution system including sales, marketing, finance, systems, and agency-insurance company relations. Prior to this, he was an executive with State Farm Insurance Companies including serving as an officer of the company and Deputy Regional Vice President, providing him unique depth and insight into insurance industry issues.

In addition to his work in the insurance industry, Rauschenberger is a former college instructor and football coach. His extensive political activity includes service as a major dollar fundraiser and senior advisor in managing two Illinois statewide political campaigns.
