Dennis LaComb

With extensive experience in corporate relations, government affairs, marketing communications, and association management, LaComb has successfully worked with a variety of public- and private-sector clients, including Ameritech, Sprint, FLAG Telecom, Epilepsy Foundation, Chicago Sister Cities, and Girls Scouts of America.

Prior to this work, LaComb was director of international affairs for Ameritech, a $23B dollar telecom company operating throughout the U.S. and worldwide. As a member of the company's senior international management team, he was responsible for international marketing, communications and government affairs, and was instrumental in the successful $2.5B privatization bid for Belgacom.

Before joining Ameritech, LaComb was program officer and director of corporate development for the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations. In this capacity he was responsible for all corporate programming and development activities, working with over 100 multinational firms to establish, cultivate and maintain contacts with senior international business and government leaders.

LaComb holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Russian/East Central European Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point; and a master's degree in International Economics and American Foreign Policy from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS).
